Easy to use app.

This app is easy to schedule problems with the home and really easy to pay your rent on! So glad I went with first key!

it freezes and takes a long time to process

Doesn’t always load and is so hard to get ahold of anyone

service fee, utility fee ect….. the fees are getting ridiculous.

This is my first time renting. And this is such an easy way to make my payments, i like it a lot!!

Impossible to communicate with anyone locally or anyone who can actual make decisions. They charge you for frivolous violations even when you have evidence

When paying an amount that is due I see no description of what the payment is for.
