This app is rubbish seriously to transfer money , is just on and off everything

Worst bank ever. And an even more terrible app ever. At least you may get to win best in frustrating customers, the rigidity, the ugliness, the lack of innovation, all represents your agedness. Rubbish

I have been enjoying this app flawlessly, but since 2 days now I cannot access the app. It’s been asking me to activate my device which I have long been using for years now; no problem I did all the steps it asked me to do, still for 2 days I cannot access my account through the app. Earlier, I even called customer services thinking it is a scammer trying to get my details, but I was encouraged to activate as requested. I continue as instructed, up till now my FirstMobile App is still asking me to do the same thing, even though it now says ‘you have been registered’. Please work on your app because I below I am not the only one suffering this. This extremely frustrating.

After updating this app, it just saying network connection error, what is the problem? I can’t open the app, this is rubbish

The app falls short of standard. When it’ decides to cease to function (and it does quite frequently) it messes you and your plan up. And being a financial institution app where money and time is an essential component of your life, it can cause you heartache. What I do not understand is why First Bank, a reputable bank in Nigeria has allowed this to fester and not modified for this long?!

The app is terrible , works 1/100. There’s always one problem or the other. Jeez!

It’s Shameful that after numerous complaints a bank like first bank has an app that is useless. Nothing is working. I can’t make transfers out, I can’t add new beneficiaries, apps just hangs recklessly. It’s a shame and a waste of time. If they had Zero that would have been my rating.

This is an absolute disgrace to the management of First bank, if there is any rating poorer than 1 star that’s what your banking application deserves! I remember first bank to be up and doing, competitive but with this app not functioning at all, I think first has gone to be zero. Your management needs to speak to whoever is the developer of this rubbish to fix it, you just lost a customer and I promise you my family also will stop banking with you.
