I’m honestly getting tired of this bank app issues. Why have a limit that I can’t make use of? The app just stopped working today.

I’ve not been able to access my mobile for a month now, I’ve complained, but your incompetent customer service has not fixed it. Nothing works with you guys. Fix up

This app is frustrating, it freezes so badly.

Since I updated this mobile app, it has been difficult to access it. Whenever I try opening the app, it automatically take me back to the home page. This is so frustrating and shambolic.

Absolutely horrendously frustrating to say the least at every attempt to use the most recently updated version. Please try and fix this problem or do well to advise on models of phones that might have issues with your recent updates of this app. A zero star would suffice!

I’m a digital native and I’ve used a number of apps, and honestly Firstbank app has to be the least user friendly app of all time!!! It’s slow, it freezes, it’s difficult to use, it’s just all round rubbish. I don’t understand while this bank prides itself in being so backward! Do better for Christ sake!

This is most likely the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Why is there an ad when I open the app? It’s a BANKING APP. Every time I try to do a transfer and I get to select account, my screen is blank. The only thing on screen is SELECT BANK at the top and Cancel at the bottom. So what’s the point? Sigh…please improve this app. It’s a disappointment.
