Fitness Coach - Workout Plan

It really helped me lose weight and build abs with no/ little equipment and at home! The options they deliver are great, such as the water intake tracker. I also like the meals they recommend and the time they suggest for each workout. That’s a 5 star! Thank you for this app!

I’ve only done a week but so far, it has a great workout program. Maybe it’s psychological, but somehow I already feel fitter! The workouts are the perfect intensity and structure. They haven’t complicated the workout, it’s simple. However, I have the weekly renewable subscription and the only annoying thing about is that I can’t see what’s coming the next week, I can’t see what trouble areas I’ve chosen in the beginning & the first week ended yesterday and it seems that I won’t be able to see the coming week until they take the second payment. So it’s a bit suboptimal on that end.

they said it was a free app so if it were one it would have been great. It would benefit a lot of people, so pls do think about making the app free.

I tried this apps free trial and they charged me 14 dollars. I’m trying to get my money back but I’m unsure if I can. I personally wouldn’t recommend using.

This app is helping and pushing me so much to lose weight and it’s only been a couple days but I already see it! If you wanna lose weight, you should get this app cause it is really cool!

Can someone tell me how to carry on after the question that says “How do you consider your current fitness level?” Because it keeps on bringing me to pictures of random users and I can’t get off the screen :( I was looking forward to using this app

I can't even do a workout without it asking for premium and that much every week is stupid. Stop using money so we can look better
