I am usually wary of these apps that auto charge after a free trial - but I thought I’d try it. What a complete sham. Honestly, in my opinion, if anyone says this app helped them to lose weight, they are being paid to say it. So basic it’s ridiculous - NOTHING NEW! Please do not waste your money - or at the very least try the 7 day trial and cancel the subscription immediately so you don’t forget. Then if you really feel it helped you, by all means- pay for a year!! 😂

I was extremely happy with the verv app, but I get very bad experience in the past few months. I was pay for premium for a year. I don’t think I will continue again. I using apple watch and Apple phone and the app is not work wit it. If the screen protection on my watch is stop counting the time. And sometimes I loose few minutes on my phone as well. I could not fine any passible way to ask any staff from verv for help.

My card keeps getting charged. The Credit Card company said that VERV has been flagged in their system for fraudulent charges: I have tried to cancel multiple times with no success. And cannot get ahold of customer service.

They keep charging you even after you try to cancel your membership.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months! I reach out to customer support and am told to send an email and they will respond right away with directions to cancel. I have done this dozens of times and I NEVER get a response. They just keep charging my credit card! It looks like they even changed their email address in June and, surprise, surprise!) they didn't update it on any of their socials or their website! Total scam!

Never signed up. Took money right out of my account through Apple Pay

I’m paying $29 a month. I haven’t gotten anything from this. Can’t seem to cancel it and they only want more money.

Beware this app is a total scam. Cancelled my subscription and was still charged. This has happened to others (check their google reviews). Do not download!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
