I booked a taxi to pick me up at the airport to go to Länsisatama, Terminal 2. The app indicated that the taxi has arrived. I didn’t receive any information except “car 261”, not the type of the car, not the contact details of the driver — nothing. It was indicated in the app that the car has arrived and waits for me, for 10-15 minutes I have been running here and there in cold trying to find the car, after which the driver apparently picked somebody else (because in the app it was indicated that “the trip has started”). I had to call the service to cancel the trip manually. I had to take a taxi on the spot which is more expensive. But at least they take you to your destination for your money. My kindly advice to the service : if you care about your reputation, do not keep the taxi drivers that do that. And enable the passengers to contact the driver directly. Bon courage !

Sovelluksen käyttämä karttapohja ei joko ole ajan tasalla tai siinä on muuta häikkää, koska monena kertana kuski on ilmaantunut naapuriosoitteeseen ja ihmetellyt, miksi en ollut tien poskessa odottamassa. Lyhyillä matkoilla parempi kävellä.

It used to be great pricing, but now it's almost the same as a regular taxi. Drivers rarely speak Finnish at all, but it's kind of bad when they don't even speak English. Some drivers yell and harass customers, so I cannot recommend women drive alone. With really cheap prices, I was able to look past all this, but not anymore. I won't be riding with my own money anymore.

Doesn’t let you cancel taxi order even if it can’t find a taxi.

Olin tarkastelemassa seuraava tilausta. Sammutin sovelluksen ja kun avasin sovelluksen uudestaan, oli tilaus hävinnyt.

Ystävällinen palvelu, rauhallinen ajotapa

Autoa tilatessa sovellus ei kerro arviota saapumisesta tai missä lähimmät autot ovat. Vasta kun tilauksen tekee (ja minun tapauksessani myös maksaa), etsii auton joka on niin kaukana ettei kannata jäädä odottelemaan vaan tilata taksi muualta. Peruutus sen sijaan ei onnistukaan sovelluksesta vaan joudut soittamaan puhelimitse numeroon joka maksaa n. 4€ minuutilta. Muutaman minuutin jonotuksen jälkeen matka saadaan peruttua. Eikä siinä vielä kaikki, useampi tunti tilauksen jälkeen saan vahvistuksen että matka on saatu päätökseen ja kuitin maksustani. Nyt vielä joudun selvittelemään miten ja milloin tilatusta matkasta saan rahat takaisin. Toisin sanoen, älä tuhlaa aikaa tai rahojasi tähän sovellukseen.
