Do not do business with this courier. They have too many deliveries for their riders for so little pay. Your orders are always delayed because they dont have the right amount of workers. They are under staffed thats why your orders are always delayed. They prioritize profits instead of quality business
App is not working. I booked an order
I have multiple orders from platforms such as tiktok shop and shopee and from that orders, the courier was flash express. It was notified that my order will be delivered but no single texts or calls came from the driver. The driver didn’t even bother to attempt delivery and I was just notified that the “Recipient (me) missed delivery”!When in fact, the courier didn’t even bother to notify me nor called me. The driver didn’t even attempted to deliver it. I even called the driver and he told me that he will just deliver it the next day but still none! This is the worst courier ever and this happened not just once! When your courier is Flash Express, change it immediately!

My item got stolen by one of their riders and it took too much of my time for having to contact customer service and going to the branch just to complain! They probably just hire anyone who applies to them without decent background checking or even a sufficient training. The fact that they can no longer get ahold of the rider in question shows they truly don’t have control over their employees. The application itself is not working properly! Signing up, is already not possible because of how bad the system is. OTP is not being sent to my number. I tried checking if it is my networks problem but I received an OTP immediately from my banking application. PLEASE! IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!
They cancel your parcel automatically if they can’t find your address this happened me with flash express everytime a order even if i called the rider and the dispatcher at there office.. when i called the rider and ask him if where is he he always answers im on my way but i’ve waited the whole day ang called him 4x that day but he always says he’s on his way but none was delivered to me that day. He answers calls tho and when i cheked my order online it indicates failed attept.. if you dont want to get stress then dont use flash express.
Your rider has a bad attitude. I received a text message this morning at 8:13 AM informing me that my package was out for delivery. I waited in the living area but didn’t receive any call or message indicating that the driver was on the way. Later this afternoon, while I was lying in my room, someone loudly yelled “Ayo!” in front of our house, and I heard it. As I was about to step out of my room, I heard him loudly call my name. I was shocked—why would he yell my name in front of people? I was too embarrassed to go outside because there were others watching. He didn’t even bother to approach our door to hand over my package! When I walked toward him, he said he had to go farther and passed our house while trying to find my location. I was confused—why didn’t he contact me to say he was on his way? Then, he gestured with his hand, holding his phone, as if to take a picture, which confused me even more. He said he needed to take a picture of our house and door with the package for documentation, adding that if I didn’t want to be the “model” for Flash Express, I should step aside. What kind of disrespect is this? He could have simply said, “Excuse me,” and I would have understood. Your rider, Kevin Timbal, embarrassed me far too much. Flash Express, you should conduct proper seminars for your riders on professional behavior and customer service.
