Poor customer service

Good app interface design, but poor customer service. The integration function crashes all the time. I wrote to the customer support, but no reply from them.

Notification is not instant

I like this app pretty much, but I also have some feedback to give: 1. The notification on apple watch, on which I mostly use, is not instant sent when task is finished. There are around 25 seconds gap and that makes it bad to control my work flow. 2. The face is cut by the edge conors on watch s7. It will be perfect if these be changed, thanks!
