Why I can’t apply new theme?

Nice app, but I have a question. I bought a new theme, it is marked with a tick. When I start session, the theme is still grey. How can I apply new theme?

Notifications disappeared at all! I don't know when to finish or start! Please fix UPD: Do you even read the feedbacks about your app? Or you don't know English at all?!
