Auto renew subscription !!!

Haven’t used the app in a week time and it renew it self ??!! What ?

App needs major updates

App constantly showing that I have a message when I have read all messages, can’t contact anyone to send feedback or suggestions. Unless you pay for the service you have to wait days/weeks to get a response, feel like I’m missing out on a housemate because I don’t get responses from people for days/weeks. When I search for people in my area looking for a place to live, If I click on their profile to have a read and then go back it takes me right back to the search and I have to refill all the filters rather than just going back to the list from the search I just did.

App doesn’t not work properly

The message system when used on the iPhone can’t be used properly. I find you can’t open messages all the time and you can’t look at profiles of applicants - very user unfriendly. My partner has the same experience so it’s a problem not just with me. I have latest IPhone and updates installed

Bad experience using app

The app crashes all the time, doesn’t update the messages permanently,to activate the ad took almost 24hrs

Painful app

Most people I spoke to say the same thing, it’s a painful app. You can’t arrow back 1 step, you end up right back to the beginning & have to work your way all the way back to where you thought you were in a long list of people. It’s very time consuming. There is no option for a ‘high to low’ rent budget for a landlord only ‘low to high’. However I did find a tenant on this app, ‘Flatmate Finders.com’ is a far better app. Cheers Charmaine

Satisfactory

Overall it’s a good app. However, there are some improvements they can make. One of them is they should do a follow up of listings that have already been taken because so far many of the listings of rooms have already been taken and it still shows as though it is still available. This should be corrected. Another thing I didn’t like is that I paid for their phone numbers to show but that wasn’t the case because in most of the listings the person has not shown any number anyway, making that payment useless.

The worst app!!!

I can’t be the only thing that thinks this app needs a lot of work? I’ve used it a few times over the past few years and hoped it would get better - can confirm it has not. My biggest complaint is when you click on a listing and click back, it makes you start the entire search and enter the suburbs all over again. It would be a great platform for renters - pleaseeeee fix this! It’s so painful to use

Constant bugs

Who needs UX improvements when you have a monopoly? This app is maintained about as well as half the rentals on it.

A great site

I have been happy with the interest in what the sight has provided. I have found a great flat mate that I am very pleased with. I think it is a great sight for this exact purpose. Very happy
