My favorite out of dozens
I’ve downloaded dozens of stretching and workout apps trying to find what I like, what I can stick with, what makes me excited. What’s reasonable to fit into my day. I downloaded this while sick and despite not feeling well I’ve enjoyed so much that I find myself WANTING to do it despite being exhausted and achy. It’s so easy to follow. It’s soothing and relaxing. By the end I feel loose and open and fluid. It’s not flashy, it’s not gimicky. It’s a clean, simple layout. Minimalist. I hope more content is added as time goes on, but really, other than a desire for more content because I love it, the minimal design is still attractive but it makes it so easy to navigate, to follow stretches, and to relax into those holds without being distracted by anything extraneous. And the videos are all right around a very reasonable 20 minutes, which I can fit in after my kids are asleep and before I crash into bed, myself. By far my favorite app like this so far.
