Not sure how Apple passed this app on its store as it does not work. Worst UX ever. Try choosing your country code dialling prefix from the dropdown. Never seen anything like it! Not possible to manage your booking either.

Door to gate not allowing me to book service. It is saying I have an old version of the up but its not true

The app stopped working on the iPhone 12 Pro! I have the latest version of this app but when I try to book it says there is an error!

App doesn’t work, keeps asking to install the latest version.. Unable to buy tickets.

They cancelled the shuttle service 10 minutes prior to departure from Brussels to Charleroi; missed my flight…could not get an alternative ride to the airport…

As per title, the app barely works. The backend seems to disconnect from the app front end, giving the error that the app needs to be updated while there are no updates available in the store. That forces me to reinstall once a month the app, which is annoying if you have to buy a ticket last minute. Happens across multiple devices, happened multiple times already.

I suspect this is a scam app as you can’t open your ticket, and it’s been the case for many others.

The app works well in general , able to buy tickets, fast, etc. Unable to open your trip from the “Planned Trip” - menu. It just keeps showing the loading symbol, but never loads the ticket. Have to go to my email to find the ticket to be able to embark the bus. Which works, but is very frustrating and inefficient if you have an app that should be able to do that.

Is the most awful app ever used
