I don’t know how they work, but my shuttle to Budapest airport didn’t come, so I had to change my plans and find how to reach my destination other way. I was so stressed (hopefully Budapest has better bus transportation) I’ve got full refund for the ticket (I wrote to Flibco by email), but no one can return my nerves back.

I strongly advise against using the services of this company, especially if you are heading to the airport, because the company failed to provide me with a shuttle bus to my chosen location and left without me. I had to spend around 160 euros on a taxi to get to the airport.

My trip was canceled 7 hours before! I saw this change an hour before departure! I talked taxi from Ghent to Charleroi airport. "Thanks"

Paid money for shuttle to Charleroi airport from Brussels and it turned out there is actually no bus available and at this day they were not going there but the option to buy the ticket was available so I hoped I could make it. I didn’t. Just lost money. Comfortable app to use but communication and support services could be improved.

A carrier with a service of routes inadequate to the needs of airports. Slow and almost non-existent customer service. Ridiculously high prices for low-quality service.

Not sure how Apple passed this app on its store as it does not work. Worst UX ever. Try choosing your country code dialling prefix from the dropdown. Never seen anything like it! Not possible to manage your booking either.

Door to gate not allowing me to book service. It is saying I have an old version of the up but its not true

The app stopped working on the iPhone 12 Pro! I have the latest version of this app but when I try to book it says there is an error!

App doesn’t work, keeps asking to install the latest version.. Unable to buy tickets.
