How does a UX designer think when they take away the ONE thing that made this app good? Before it was possible to FLIP between the pages when you were in a feed like CNN. Now you have to go OUT of CNN and then go to the next article in the feed and then click on that. Pure incompetence from FlipBoard to implement something like this. And then on top of that FlipBoard made a really stupid reason up for doing this thinking that they could make up a lie and that you, the reader, would be stupid enough to not see through it. Change CEO and the developers and make this a good app again. UPDATE: now, after like a year with this new ”feature”, Flipboard development team wanted me to contact them AGAIN about this ”problem” - it is not a ”problem”, it is what you call a ”feature” per design. That is what you called it when I reported this a long time ago and you said that it was because of the flipping took a lot of power! Yeah, right. Pure BS. I am not going to spend more time on developers that don’t know what they are doing or have done. GET NEW DEVELOPERS!

The travel town ad is annoying since their music placerade all the times No way to mute it. It plays even when i read articles!!

Makes it difficult to scroll and also plays a background music

Title. U can’t scroll between apps.

Since the latest update, the app keep crashing.

When flipping thru posts it constantly keeps interrupting anything you stream. Say you are streaming with Apple music to your speakers and when you flip thru the feed it constantly cuts the stream off, really annoying.

My followed channels and sites have all gone from my app on ipad. (under ”all”) I can still see them on iPhone and when i log in to the web site. edit: Fixed in update!

It is hard to get a global view of news. Seems to be mostly American stories regardless of where you live or additional interests.
