It’s good but need more fixtures laundry wash Garden hose Dish washer

Manual lays out steps for setting a manual override for water softeners, however the app does not have the “Advanced Features” to add a manual override. This is extremely frustrating as it is shutting off the water about 30 min after our water softener starts a regen cycle at 2am while we are sleeping and thus aren’t awake to receive the alerts to override shutoff. We then have to run a manual regen cycle which leads to more water waste, and during the day when we need access to water. Please fix this!!

The setup is abusive. They lure you into providing all kinds of personal information. I regret having gotten involved with this app already.

It is not reliable

Recently installed it and has been running ok , little slow software but ok it has like a delay probably because information goes to the server and then to your phone but overall ok

The app assumes what fixtures are used and you cant modify them. For example, it keeps assuming that my irrigation system is a “water softener” and i cant tell the system that i dont have a water softener. The app also shuts off the valve if something runs too long when it doesnt expect it. My sprinkler runs on a random schedule to save water (skips some days) so since its not recurring, the app doesn’t recognize it so it keeps shutting my valve off while im sleeping and the sprinkler is running so my lawn doesnt get watered.

The idea is great, however device, the app and their server has failed 3 weeks after purchasing it. I don’t recommend buying this as company seems be aware of faulty product but they still trying to sell it.

Flo is not nearly as intelligent as advertised. Basically it is a Half Wit. The latest example was two toilets flushing close together which almost shut off our water.

I’ve had my Flo for almost 6 months now. Initially it seemed to work well. But lately, the software is riddled with bugs and false alarms. -usage by fixture no longer works. It is miscategorizing everything. -It cannot understand the initial water surge when irrigation/sprinklers startup. There is no way to set a normal flow rate for irrigation to monitor for leaks. -The micro leak test is faulty. It states I have a micro leak in my house but I’ve isolated device and can confirm the alert to be false. -There is no way to know when Moen updates the device. They force updates behind the scenes without any notification or awareness by end users. While the premise of the device is fantastic, without improvement this does nothing. Number false alarms are almost worse than no alarms.
