Good app but…
Convenient app for charging, but the fact that they make you order a card ($15 for a piece of plastic) without the ability to add a digital card is pretty bad, especially nowadays. Hopefully this gets updated soon.

Cold weather
First time taking the car out in below minus 10 Celsius. Range limitations is a factor. Charger worked very well.
Add Apple Pay
Add functionality for Apple Pay like ChargePoint. Keep your $15 card. Come on Flo, do better! Still a great app but this would make it excellent!
Excellente ergonomie de l’application mais les courriels en anglais seulement sont inacceptables.
Lorsque vous commandez une carte, on vous enverra un courriel en anglais seulement. C’est un manque de respect pour la clientèle.

Out of Service!
Flo chargers are so unreliable. Drive to a charger only to find it's not working. Repeatedly!!!!!
Ui issues and out of date vehicles
Signup is made difficult by ui requiring long presses on every button. App does not support newer 2025 vehicles. 2024-11-29 update Volvo EX30 still not there.
Please add wattage output
The set up with my X3 was great. I would love if you can add the wattage output, with the charging curve.
