I’ve been using this app diligently to track my period and symptoms over the past year. Only to find out that once my subscription ended - even the simplest function of logging my symptoms were deactivated. The free (more accessible) app is just a date tracker with pretty accurate cycle predictions.
Using it to track my menses
Super disappointed as I have been using this app for years. I recently updated my phone to IOS 18, but the widget could not be added to my homescreen anymore. The widget is an EXTREMELY HELPFUL tool for me to check my period easily, and the fact that it is removed is SUPER DISAPPOINTING and I might consider changing to a different app if this problem is not fixed
I have been using this for 5years already, it helps me a lot to follow up and monitor my ovulation and health system, not only that, you can also ask any health related questions in the chat and you can learn more if you want by reading the blogs in the app. Overall, it’s very useful for us the one who don’t want to go to hospital for a little thing, you can search anything here and ask everything to the consultant. Worth it.
Ive been using Flo since 2019 and I love using this app to track my cycle and other features! With flo, it helps to track my cycle and gave some advice on my cycle and make me realise and understand more on my body! I would recommend anybody to use this app!

Have been using this app for many years to track my flow and cycles. It is really good.
Changed to another app because of irritating “ads” to buy that pops up every time I come back to the app, even when it remains open, with no way to dismiss it. I was considering buying before but the more these tactics are used, the more I won’t want to buy. The silver lining to this is I’ve found better apps out there. Only reason I haven’t deleted the app is because of my period history.
I experienced bad PMS symptoms, some cycles are worse than the others. I started using this app to track my body changes in relation to the phases of my cycles. I then adjust my lifestyle and diet so as to best minimising my PMS symptoms.
