Flo Period & Cycles Tracker

This app was well worth the purchase, i had never tracked my period before but knew that i wanted to have a family in the hopeful near future. I started tracking my period as soon as it came back after being on the contraceptive injection. I used the app to work out the most fertile days and with that i fell pregnant the first time! Very much believe that the app supported this. The baby part of the app is now also amazing and i love reading the facts and seeing how big baby is each week. Highly 100% recommend

I used to love this app but it’s gone so downhill. They charge for absolutely everything now and the ads are RELENTLESS. Like Jesus go away. They tell you they’ve found “abnormalities” with you, and won’t tell you what?! You must pay. Women should be entitled to know about their bodies for free especially if you are the one telling them something is wrong. They won’t even give you a free report for a doctor anymore. This app is no better than the men trying to control women’s bodies and rights. The creators display the same capitalistic and opportunistic greed at women’s expense with no regard for their health. For example purposefully choosing to profit of women who are struggling to get pregnant, is disgusting.

I used this app for years and it was great. Now, there are so many parts of the app that were accessible for free that I can’t get without paying monthly for and the constant pop ups asking for upgrades and tricking you into paying make it almost impossible to navigate the app anymore. Terrible app

I don’t say this lightly - as a woman getting to grips with my womanhood, preparing for motherhood, understanding my body more, this app has changed my life. I highly recommend getting the premium version. You will not regret it.

I absolutely love this app! It helps me keep on track of cycle and thoroughly explains the symptoms within the cycle! I love love love FLO

Only disappointment is that is it focussed around pregnancy and would be great if it had an option to change to perimenopausal or menopausal..

The app assumes your partner is male. What about female and female relationships who both have a hormonal cycle? Not very inclusive Flo.
