Verification or otp’s don’t come through to FNB

Now that I’ve used the App every month for the past year there’s been no improvements, impossible to print tickets or email tickets… luckily Airlink flights are brilliant I won’t use any other airline if I can help it!!!! Wish the app was better that would complete the experience

Awesome App!

Lately App Freeze Constantly. Any Servicing or upgrade developer busy with in the backround?

Brilliant app and I use it all the time. However lately when opening the app on iPhone it just freezes.

Best pilots ever!!! They are resilient. Resilience equals compentence plus confidence. The cabin crew .... 5 stars. Airlink... 5 stars and growing.

App easy to navigate but extremely slow.

Spent almost 6 hours to finalize 2 bookings. Approve transaction on bank app only to receive message the transaction could not be completed?? I book frequently on several airlines but this one really is not user friendly. I have currently 3 bookings with you airline. Kind regards

Can’t upload card details from phone. Have to always type it in. Can’t change flights on app.

App is slow and lacks the basics like remember your passenger list with their details, remembering your credit card details and then also taking you to the screen which includes your @ icon.
