The app is plainly terrible - I bet the only optimised UX flow is booking, everything else is just kept in a semi functional state. But I never book via this app anyway - so should I hate your parent company too?

The app is so old that each time you need to log in and sometimes doesn’t even recognise your flight number. The overall flight experience is very much the same. I Don’t recommend using the app.
The app crashed during booking. Sent me an email saying the booking was on hold - none of the links worked. So booked again. Then they send me a confirmation of the first booking. Trying to get a refund but they want to pocket the difference between any rebooked flights - over AED 1000, and keep AED 400 on a full refund on fully flexible flights. Customer service is too slow to actually deal with the issue before the flights and there are no options to communicate other than calling - Asian deliberately making things difficult so they don’t have to help you. Hard to see this as less than theft - wouldn’t be surprised if their systems were deliberately designed badly so they just get to keep your money. At least give a credit so I spend it on future flights, and have a WhatsApp number.

I was quoted the ticket at 1954 sar on your website each time using two different cards with no success Booking reference EPI2BT could not be completed as your payment was declined. Please try a different card or another payment option, or contact your bank for assistance. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our Customer Centre on +971 600 54 44 45. We've noticed that you could not complete your booking. We will hold this booking for 2 hour 59 minutes. Please make sure to complete the payment for this booking reference EPI2BT at the earliest to avoid cancellation. Thus I loaded your app and booked again immediately it quoted same ticket 10 minutes earlier at 2100 sar And still took 15 minutes to process payments!! Why your app and web payment processing takes so long ??? Why do I have to pay extra 150-200 extra SAR when I use your app vs your official website???
The app is generally easy to use, but it’s extremely frustrating that you can’t copy and paste information into the form fields. This makes it a real hassle when filling out details especially for multiple travellers. Please enable the paste function. It would save time and reduce errors for your customers. Basic functionality like this really matters!

App crashes when trying to add skywards information to an existing booking. Website doesn’t recognise genuine skywards number.
Love to use application except an issue keep asking me login every time I click on🙄
