I was quoted the ticket at 1954 sar on your website each time using two different cards with no success Booking reference EPI2BT could not be completed as your payment was declined. Please try a different card or another payment option, or contact your bank for assistance. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our Customer Centre on +971 600 54 44 45. We've noticed that you could not complete your booking. We will hold this booking for 2 hour 59 minutes. Please make sure to complete the payment for this booking reference EPI2BT at the earliest to avoid cancellation. Thus I loaded your app and booked again immediately it quoted same ticket 10 minutes earlier at 2100 sar And still took 15 minutes to process payments!! Why your app and web payment processing takes so long ??? Why do I have to pay extra 150-200 extra SAR when I use your app vs your official website???

I am doing booking for a friend from my application and I wanted to use my sky reward account however it didn’t allow because name on ticket is different than my name in sky rewards !! Obviously it will be different because I am buying the ticket for someone else !! Again another rating for the admin fees which is not clear what is it exactly

My flight from Dubai to Egypt and back has been delayed three times in less than three months. The customer service has been very poor, with a careless attitude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it at all.

Whenever you need to use the app it always request to login. Also if tick the option keep me logged in, still it does not. It is annoying every time i need to check or book a flight i need to login.

there is no arabic language in fly dubai aplication ! what such Disappointment !!! shame on you
