Flights are very convenient and affordable, helpful and professional crew, but very bad terminal with almost zero facilities in comparison to the other two terminals which reflect the luxurious image of dubai. Thank you

Best service and comfortable flight

I listen flydubai is the budget carrier that why their plane is small and low comfort but if you see the pricing more then emirates usually same price ike Emirates but in peak season more then emirates airline i can’t not understand. Their should be difference between emirates and flydubai

It supposed make our live easy, but the fact it is not allowing basic paste is really frustrating due to the amount of info required

Easiness to purchase the ticket

This app is poorly designed does not pick up the flights booked with our agent despite the EK skywards number already being added. Also, even if you have already logged in verified the log in using the OTP etc it will keep logging you out of the app. So the next time you reopen the app again you have to do the same exact procedure as initially logging in. It’s exhausting if you are doing this multiple times in a day or you are on a trip and you will need to make changes to your flight or select seat or when it’s time to check in. :( Frustrating!

Constant delays at almost 99% of their flights and horrible service! Avoid at all costs

The FlyDubai App used to be so much better; now it does not display my bookings or autofill from my Skywards profile. Slow and clunky.

I have 2 separate bookings which do not show when I am logged. I have to enter the reference etc to view. It should show up under the My Bookings menu. Even after entering the reference etc to open the reservation it should remain in the app if logged in. Secondly it always signs me out after closing the app. This doesn’t happen with the Emirates app, ever.
