This app is working fantastically for me, I don’t know what others are talking about tbh, Unlike what they say i didn’t get fanum taxed yet

Can’t even log in saying I need to be a student or teacher when there isn’t even any options

I hadn’t had any trouble with these books for the first two years I used this app but then all of a sudden they stopped working I asked customer service and they said to update the app but there is no update

It’s buggy

This app can be useful for accessing my books online but it’s always causing problems and not letting me download the books I need for revision and homework. Please fix this

This app is laggy as it is and it’s has loads of bugs. Not recommended.

It has now been nearly two weeks and this issue still has not been fixed, every time anyone tries to view their previously downloaded books it says it is unavailable. We need it fixed asap. Another issue is that every time you go into another app and back into to FolensHive it kicks you out of the ebook you had open and when you reopen it leaves you on a different page.

App had been working well enough for past 6 months. But then couldn’t access any ebooks in past week with Data Invalid error every time we tried to re-download the book - just like loads of other reviews had reported recently too. Fixed problem in the end by deleting the app completely and reinstalling and logging in again.

It has made me re-download my books and when I do so and click them it then tells me that the data is invalid and I have to re-download it. I have tried at least five times with no success. I’m literally desperate. I can’t do any of my work, and I am so frustrated with this app, I genuinely do not know what to do

As a student, the performance of this app is shocking. The book deleted itself and now is telling me that the content is “Unavailable”. This is absolutely shocking as I require these books for my leaving cert. The level of service is appalling and this app has needed fixing for years now as it is constantly restarting every time the app is opened. It is slow and is not allowing me to access the book that I have paid for. I expected better. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible or I will have to contact somebody from your team. There has been a multitude of reviews from years ago, asking you to fix issues which you have not yet resolved. This is outstanding disgraceful behaviour from a company who makes millions of euro, I expect you have the facilities to fix this.
