Follow Up Boss

Don’t use the FUB phone numbers, and now I can’t even text outside the app. What was once a company on the cutting edge of real estate crm’s now seems outdated and out of touch. 100% blame Zillow for this

This CRM is great, I’m still learning how to use it and it’s been so helpful. However, I have one issue and it affects my business. When I call through FUB, it comes up on the other side as “potential scam”. My last lead told me that. I can’t have potential leads lost because they think I’m a scam. I don’t know how this could be fixed if anything, I really like the calling feature in FUB since it allows me to grab summaries from them and listen back to them. Texts are great to keep all on this app and not on my personal phone. Please look into this!

I just started using FUB , so far love it. The customer service is great. My two big issues are I can’t use it on my iPad, we’ll barely or my cell. I need to be able to function with out my laptop. For that reason alone I may not renew. In todays world we need to be mobile. Also not comfortable with Zillow havin anything to do with my data base. The e proven to be habitual liars sadly.

This is the single greatest piece of technology that I have ever used to build my business. It single-handedly took my company into six figure production per year. I would absolutely recommend it to every single person that is looking to use a CRM.

Love Follow Up Boss so far, as we have recently started using. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the iPad version is not optimized for the larger display. Review would easily be 5 stars if this would could be worked in the future!

Best CRM ever!

My wife and I are starting our own team in real estate as a side business (just the 2 of us). FUB will allow us to create a seamless prospecting and sales hand off SOP so we can increase our efficiency with our buyers. It’s truly an easy to use platform that can make our lives easier to do better and more effective follow up!

Follow Up Boss is the best CRM. It takes some learning but it is awesome! The people are really knowledgeable and helpful and they are evolving with technology!

FUB is the critical hub of our business and is by and large the most robust and user friendly piece of tech in the real estate space.
