Very user friendly and simple to use!

I've been enjoying leads from HomeLight for the past three years. They don't always pan out but that's true with any lead generation service. I call and email and I finally get a hold of them and they already have realtor , the Leads that you sent me are not sufficient.

Homelight is a data selling service. It makes you think Homelight is doing something when in reality they send your personal contact information to anyone willing to pay an above average referral fee. As an agent using HomeLight I get so many people who don’t want to talk to realtors and want a cash offer and I get screamed at daily. Commissions become hard to negotiate. Because we have to pay a referral fee we have no flexibility on what we charged a client and have to make up for it. Because the agent has to pay homelight. If my own relative uses HomeLight, I have to pay them a referral fee, even though I had a previous existing relationship. I’m extremely unhappy and don’t set fair expectations to either clients or customers. It’s not a Lead competing with several agents. and clients are bombarded with phone calls emails and text messages. Do not use the service.
