Good for kids

Good but ads are an issue

I don’t mind the ads. But after almost every ad the screen resolution changes which makes the game unplayable. So you constantly have to quit and restart

Not happy!

I have been playing this game for years and I completed the first world/levels. After waiting for a loonnnggg time for the new World/levels (which took ages) it finally arrived and great loved it but then the glitches stated to happen (slow game play and shut downs) and then I couldn’t even get into the game at all because of a “server error” that’s all it would say on the screen every time I tried to open it and play. I emailed the company TWICE and got no where NO REPLY nothing. So today 29/06/24 I decided to delete it but, lo and behold I can now get into the game, yay right? Nope. It’s reset and completely wiped all my progress, money and gems. I am so ticked off right now I want to swear. The company won’t acknowledge another email, I mean why would they? Didn’t the last 2! I have spent money on it not loads but still not the point. I only play a couple games and this was a fave. I’m really not happy at all and if I could do no stars purely for abysmal customer service I would.

SERVER ISSUE

All of a sudden the game stopped working with the message “Oops Server Issue, please come back after 5 minutes to continue cooking”. I’ve tried everything and it just won’t work! I’ve been playing this for years and have invested a fair amount of money in it too. If it doesn’t work on iOS anymore, we should have been informed. I’ve messaged the support twice and not had an answer. Gutted!

Drag and Drop is Very Unresponsive!

Would be good if the drag and drop ‘actually’ worked more than 20% of the time. Extremely frustrating repeating 3/4 times. You can’t pick up cooked items so they burn! Deleting.

Daily rewards

I love this game but the daily rewards reduced to 7 days then repeated again and have now disappeared completely. It’s very difficult to collect gems now!

I have had nothing but trouble with the pop up ads EVERY time I try and get rewards be it from the bus or the other ,special chef only works on a Saturday and don’t get it on a Wednesday, I have contacted them and they told me to reinstall did so after completing most levels only to lose everything ,they did compensate some of the levels but game constantly freezing

Reinstate or refund

I have spent £99 on gems only for them to be deleted days later!

Technical problems

This game was going so well until it became faulty and the customers are coming in ordering whatever but you can’t see it, it’s blank! Ruins your chance of winning the level. Needs to be fixed.
