From looking at other review, looks like the app doesn’t care about the customer. The support team literally made me wait 2 hrs in front of the location saying they will attempt to deliver again. Finally after 3 hrs of multiple chat as the support team keep disconnecting the chat, there was no food and no refund. First experience pathetic. Uninstalling the app immediately

We were waiting for the food at home, nobody came to ring the bell, my phone was not near me. When I opened the door to check if they came, the car just left in front of me and I received a message that my order has been canceled and there will be no refund. This is unbelievable bad service. I have 3 kids hungry at home and no food and no refund. Plus there is no number where I could call to clarify or complain about this problem. The number I had in miscalls there is no answer.

Very bad service At the time of order it was confirmed that order will be delivered maximum in 1 hour But the courier from the restaurant started even after 1 hour had passed This is when I had called them after 30 mins to check in case there will be delay I would like to cancel but they confirmed order will be delivered within next 30 minutes Very bad service and they don’t even bother to follow up at their end with the restaurant unless you contact them Moreover the people at chat from their side stop responding it seems when they find out the order is delayed So only way to reach them is to call I would never recommend their service unless anyone wants to wait for 2 hours for food

Delivery always late because of that the food is cold. I suggest Wolt.

V každé objednávce chyba, dlouho to trvá, jidlo chybí v objednávce. VYSOKÉ CENY. Foodoro mate se co ucit od Woltu. Na jejich servis memam proc si stěžovat. A poplatek za servis je normalni, ne jak u vas🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nedoporučuji, už jsou to ojebávači.

Bylo by za pět hvězd, ale už delší dobu nefunguje v appce podpora dynamic island a live activities, škoda. Vrátíte tyto funkce?

Naprostá neschopnost dodržení času doručení v normálním rámci je až zarážející. Při zobrazování časů 25-35min je naprosto běžne že jídlo doručí za 90-120min. Zákaznická podpora naprosto k ničemu.

Nejde ojebat 250kc, i kdyz pouziju nove tel cislo, tak si naserte
