Shocking service. Money grabbing
Ordered over 5k kc delivery. Birthday cake and toys for my 4 year old nephew. Kept checking on the app making sure it got delivered before he went to nursery. App showed “delivered”. Long story short - nothing was delivered. Foodora claimed they tried to reach me (which they did not) and have not refunded any of the money - after i tried to chase for an update for over 48 hrs - still hoping stuff will be delivered. (Including a deliver tip - insult to injury) Zero effort to try and solve this. “Not refund. Case closed”. Literally. Horrible company. Wonderful business model. Well done👏Hope you are all super proud of yourself!
