I didn’t got my order, it was delivered to someone else. Worst service ever, I really recommend to use another app

There is a problem that for some reason has not gone through for days. I'm trying to order and it says "Your payment was refused. Please try a different payment method" It is not possible to pay in cash or to pay by credit card….!

The app in general is looking very easy to use however there are many bugs and problems. A few times orders just don’t get to you, the time goes on and on, because of the lack of support you can’t talk to anyone or cancel the order to make a new one. One time we called the restaurant we ordered from (after 1 hour since we made the order) and the restaurant didn’t even have our order. Very disappointing experiences from time to, we will try other apps.

I am utterly appalled by the experience I had with Food Panda. I placed an order (#crtd-2433-3ov5) and was subjected to the most unprofessional and abusive service I have ever encountered. The delivery driver couldn’t find my location, despite clear directions and repeated efforts on my part to guide him. Instead of making an effort, he called me an "idiot" and continued to hurl insults at me for 30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone a service I paid for! When I contacted customer service for a refund after being forced to cancel the order due to the driver’s incompetence and rudeness, they refused to take any responsibility. Not only did I not receive my food, but I was also left feeling disrespected and cheated out of my money. This kind of behavior and lack of accountability from a company is disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone considering using Food Panda to think twice. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid this service at all costs. I am beyond disappointed and will never use Food Panda again. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
