No way to get your refunds with international cards meaning they can simply not bring what you paid for and you will have no way to get your money back. No customer service as well. You’re playing Russian roulette when using their service.
Several times, foodpanda chose « cash on delivery » instead of credit card, without notifying me in the app. It put me and the driver in a very uncomfortable situation as I didn’t have cash to pay the order. Nothing happens for a couple of weeks and suddenly all the orders switch to cash on delivery. Unacceptable and stressful !!!
Your offer “add any 4 for 8%” crashes the system, it gives systematically an “ Unexpected error occurred! Close” Last week, and now again!!! Check messages and check yourself! Find better developers if you don’t want to loose your customers

completely disappointed with the company. I purchased a one year subscription. the terms stated that I would be entitled to receive 15% cashback since I am a new user. But as foodpanda does: they give you a very small cashback and from that time on you are no longer considered a new user, since a transaction was registered on your account. I have never deposited any money into my account, but technical support explained to me that now I am an old user and no longer have the right to cash back.

Application qui choisie par défaut la localisation gps plutôt que de laisser l’adresse de base. Si on oublie de changer ou rectifier ok se retrouve à devoir marcher. Sans compter les pop up promotion si on clique ça peu changer le mode de livraison. J’ai perdu une commande de 10e en souhaitant bénéficier d’une promotion mais c’était une commande à aller chercher et non à livrer. Bref, 3 commandes et déjà une très mauvaise expérience.
