Зачем вы вообще работаете ,я плачу деньги за доставку ,доставка не бесплатная ,тогда почему я жду на один час больше чем изначально указаное время . Две недели я пользовался этим приложением и всегда одно и тоже . Каждый раз привозят холодную еду из за этого.

I had been using Foodpanda for more than 5 years, and… When I was traveling from Bangkok to Hong Kong, I tried to order some food. However, my account was destroyed and replaced with a new one associated with Hong Kong (guys, don’t you know that people travel?). Even after removing this new account and attempting to create another one, the issue persisted—my location was automatically set to Hong Kong, despite the fact that I was in Bangkok and not using a VPN or proxy. I lost my account, order history, vouchers, and I can’t even get support for my case. This is the worst user experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered food, it wasn’t delivered to my place and foodpanda manager just said that refund is not possible.
They can waste 2 hours of your time , with your prepaid by card order , while “smart” courier gave your much expensive order to some Georgian Scam that enjoy it for free, but they will refund you money but not a time. Never use again , and lier courier also “good” bonus for your amazing experience
Have big problem with order, support do nothing, don’t propose any solution and close chat …
