foodpanda: Food & Groceries

Foodpanda Thailand is a proper app to use with plenty of extra discounts on orders when available …. The app itself tho is fairly reliant on low traffic of drivers and the weather ! Whenever its starting to rain even a little bit all the drivers stop working an the app basically shuts down . Same counts for high demand hours (lunch and dinner ) it can take twice the normal time or even longer or your food not arriving at all ! …. I had it plenty of times where i ordered a meal and than the app basically freezes in a “We got your order”’status for almost a hour (not being able to cancel ) And then finally says “Sorry no drivers where avaialble in picking up your order “ and your basically left with nothing after waiting for a hour . But if all of these things dont happen and the app works in your favor its a proper app !

To get order status updates you need to turn on notifications, which ends in Foodpanda abusing them. Found that FP is almost double the price so order somewhere else? Then they’ll spam spam and spam you because they didn’t get your money. Things get worse with FP forever delaying food delivery, like FOREVER. And then telling lies even too big for politics, because next time they never do better, next time they do WORSE. People, find an alternative to the FP lies and let’s all vote with our wallet for better service.

slowly the app is becoming a bothersome, with the new features of standard/priority delivery they've become excruciatingly slow. for the last two orders, even when the estimated timing was 35 mins, it took more than an hour to reach!! please fix your system, this isn't the way to conduct service! i've been using foodpanda from the beginning so this is highly disappointing.

I didn’t receive part of my order. When I opened a chat about this, Food Panda stated that they couldn’t provide any solutions and asked for my understanding - they declined to resend the missing item or provide a voucher/money back. When I pointed out that they are engaging in theft by not providing goods I paid for, they did not care and asked for my understanding. This is the sort of experience that will lead you to avoid using a particular brand again, I will definitely never use Food Panda again.

Deliveries are going smoothly and great until something doesn’t went that well. Photo’s uploaded from photo library instead straight from camera means your ticket will be cancelled. When called by callcenter: too much hassle explaining your case many times to many workers. So i got curious and tried the pricier gr*b and their issue handling is much more quicker better! I even subscribed and no hassle is more worth to me.

Ordered about 5 things but got only 3 items. Contacted foodpanda and they only offered half of the paid price for the missing items!!

They offer fake coupons to lure you in. Even if you meet all the requirements, somehow each restaurant can turn off their participation whenever they want. Contacting customer support is useless. They didn't do anything to help and try to blame it on you. I feel sorry for all the Asians that have to deal with this app. Sincerely -an European.
