What blows me away • Lightning-fast planning: Tap the map on your departure airport and add it to the route, tap the destination airport and add it then drag the straight line near waypoints and select them, send the route to Flights, under Performance Plus it spits out a runway performance calculation(TODR, LDR, climb gradient, V speeds) in under a minute. Then the M&B and fuel planning and a Briefing tool to get your weather and NOTAMs – it’s just awesome and lightning fast. I never plan my VFR flights in Europe longer than 10min! • Moving map magic: Geo-referenced plates, traffic, terrain, synthetic vision—my iPad feels like a mini glass panel. Plus their native chart has everything one wants and is highly customizable. I would hate to look at any other VFR chart! • Mass & balance bliss: The profile is easy enough to setup but even easier to use. Tap seats, select saved masses, watch the envelope dance. • Seamless FPL filing: VFR, Europe - any country, the ACK hits my inbox before the screen dims. Result? More head-up time, less cockpit paper chase, and a constant feeling ForeFlight has my back. It’s just awesome! Tiny wish-list (because the rest is so good) • Checklists: Turbulence + tiny buttons = frustration. A big “green-on-black” checklist view with swipe or voice ticking would be gold. • Landscape Flight-Plan drawer: It hogs map real estate; a rethink of placement is needed. • Gesture nav: Let me swipe between Map/Plates/Flights/Checklists instead of hunting the bottom bar. • Navlog drawer: Data-rich but busy—better alternating shading or a stripped-down “lite” mode would boost scan-ability. • Fuel policies: Please save my setting for EASA contingency fuel so I stop re-entering the 5 % every tweak. Add additional and discretionary fuel as per CAT ops. • Global logbook: Currency rules beyond FAA and a Language Proficiency certification would make the log truly international. • VFR filing in Europe: Keep named reporting points—don’t auto-convert them to raw coordinates. None of these are deal-breakers; they’re the kinds of nits you spot only because everything else is so polished. Bottom line: ForeFlight turns an iPad into dispatcher, brief desk, and glass panel in one. It’s saved me time, fuel and I get tons of info I don’t know where else I would get otherwise. Five enthusiastic stars. If you fly with an iPad, just get it. (Beware though it’s probably not as good on less than the Performance Plus subscription which I happily pay for!)

It’s simple - the Apple Watch app is a total failure. Support is responsive, but it doesn’t fix the issue. Still doesn’t work. At all.

Best EFB for pilots hands down.

When going to improve airport map like AMM Jeppesen 😎😎😎

The app itself is amazing. The only complaint is that when the FAR/AIM or other handbooks update, your bookmarks get shifted around and it’s no longer on the right page. Some bookmarks that were once on page 500 could now be on 505/510. Its not much, but it’s enough to cause minor frustration and then having to go back and change all of your bookmarks.

Must have for pilots and aircraft owners! Also experienced one of the best ever interactions with a support team. They are excellent and super helpful! Thank you for the great work you do

Modern day backups: when you back something up- you expect it to all be there. If you make a backup of your iPhone, you expect texts, photos, etc. to be preserved. With ForeFlight - when you backup your logbook - they dump/dispose of / trash forever ALL of the attached photos, endorsements, and track logs. And there is ZERO warning or indication of this before you backup your logbook data. SO bummed that a decade of flight photos, track logs, and endorsements are gone forever. ForeFlight - can you please fix this before you add feature 1,000,900?

Love your app. Works amazing but hate the fact it’s only for apple. Anything apple from the phone to the tablets is such bad technology. Will give a better rating once this app is available for other platforms
