Buyer Beware if you Order On Line and want to Return in Store is not as easy as stated. You can return the items l, however, you cannot get a refund OR you cannot exchange items. The Refund only applies to your orginal payment. SO if you plan to give a a gift and the size is not right you will not be able to exchange in store.

I couldn’t process my order because there was a letter before the apartment number! It took me several tries before I realized I had to eliminate the letter!

But the Checkout process is a bit slow at times …

I had the wrong address and noticed just after sending the order through and was offered to change the address for shipping. I changed the address to my new address immediately and got a confirmation in the app that the address was changed successfully. The shipment went to the old address and I don't have access to the house anymore. I called and talked to 2 people who said I'm sorry they couldn't help because I had the wrong address. If I can't change it on the app like it offers than it shouldn't be an option. They said there's nothing they could do yet in fact there is, they could have offered to do the right thing and reshoot to the correct address, they could go back to where they delivered and pick it back up and deliver it correctly and they could fix that as an option on the app. They're happy to take money but giving proper service, is their last priority. Lazy, no standards. I rarely order but had been convinced they'd gotten better. I should have known.
