Bad website. Can not upload my deliver address at home

Downloaded for the 50% off with AppExtra50, which didn’t work. I’m unable to check out as well, I keep getting redirected to the website, where I’d have to refill my basket. After looking up 21 items to put back in my basket on the website (which took forever), my order got canceled the next morning with no explanation why! I assume it’s because several pieces weren’t available, but I don’t understand why the whole order needs to be canceled, why not just those pieces. Awful experience and didn’t complete my €600 order…. their loss

I tried to order on the app but couldn’t, have to get my laptop and order on the website. So what’s point of having 30% discount on the app? Wrong advertising. I messaged them on facebook but never replied to me even after 2 weeks. Not recommended

Filled the basket, try to checkout and it’s set to null. So I can’t order.

Je winkelmandje word geleegd als de app te lang aanstaat of als die opnieuw word opgestart. Al je artikelen worden nergens bewaard, ook niet als je ze hebt opgeslagen voor later.... Erg jammer als je wél die artikelen wilt bestellen!

Heb er een jurkje besteld, deze wou ik annuleren omdat ik verkeerde maat had besteld, nergens kan ik vinden hoe je je bestelling kan annuleren, mail contact opnemen heeft geen nut gmail kent het email adres niet. En als je een bestelling hebt geplaatst kan je hem niet meer wijzigen of annuleren

Goede app erg blij mee! Allen klein minpuntje dat de afterparty functie bij mij niet werkt.
