Very unreliable. Estimating that the car will arrive anywhere between 3 and 25 minutes is wild. That is, if you actually ever get a ride. There will be a plethora of cars available but no driver will ever confirm the ride.

A lot scam from taxi and app. Can’t get hold of support.

Lately I already had two cases when taxi driver is completely different person. The last one got creepy, he definitely was not the local driver that was indicated in the app and he started to call me and text me on WhatsApp, he also persistently watched me till I enter my house. So this unknown dude now knows my phone number and my home address. Am I feeling safe? NO! Will report this mess to police! Please people always report such cases to customer support. This nonsense should stop!

Worst application ever. They Stole my money

Уродское приложение, водитель отказался везти, но ему нельзя поставить плохой рейтинг. Пишешь в поддержку, там не отвечают. Не советую

Берут заказ с другого конца города, потом ждешь пол часа в лучшем случае пока водитель доедет. А отменить за 3 евро только. Поддержка вообще не отвечает никогда. Водители почти лежат в такси что за ними вообще почти нет места. Избегайте эту помойку. Лучше переплатить за другие такси
