The average arrival time is approximately 30 minutes, yet drivers frequently pretend to have arrived. This tactic is used to coerce passengers into cancelling the trip themselves. Regardless of the situation, passengers are charged, and there is no option for a refund.

The driver arrived at the wrong spot, mocked me for not speaking russian when I was trying to call him, didnt respond to my text messages and then I was also charged.

I DO NOT recommend this taxi app at all. It aways rips off more money than it shows. The drivers are disgusting. Talking on phone while driving, not paying attention to the traffic, swearing, being mean, arguing, always, ALWAYS, wastes your time and drives in circles rather than just simply reach your destination. Worst experience I've ever had. Deleting this app.

The prices are cheaper when compared to other taxi apps, but the estimated time is always wrong, it says 2 minutes but comes in 10 minutes every time without failure, the drivers only speak Russian and have no coordination even with maps, it is good if you’re looking for cheaper rides, but Bolt taxi’s are way more accountable, overall would not recommend forus

Vis išsikviečiu tikėdamasis rasti gyvenimo meilę, bet visi arba seni stori vyrai, arba lietuviškai nekalba. Be to kaskart kai pradedu su gražesniais senberniais flirtuot, keist pavaras užjuos, judėt link jų pačių svieties išvadina mane "pyd**u" ir sako, kad jų vyrai netraukia. Tipo aš žinau ką aš ten po kelnėm jaučiau ir tai tikrai nebuvo suglebęs vikšriukas...

Viskas buvo gerai, tuomet viena diena bandant issikviesti taxi, raso , kad esama kortele neaptarnaujama. Kortele Revolut. Problema didziausia tame, kad sios korteles istrint neduoda is app , naujos prideti taip pat nera galimybes. Tik atsiskaitymas grynais.
