Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently purchased the Fotorama app with an annual subscription, expecting to access its AI features as advertised. However, I was shocked to find out that the app requires additional coin purchases for these features to function. There was no indication of this extra cost during the purchase process, which feels very misleading. I canceled my subscription within an hour of realizing this and requested a refund through Apple. Unfortunately, my request was denied even upon appeal. It’s frustrating that such hidden costs exist in what should be straightforward software usage. I strongly advise potential users to reconsider before purchasing this.

I wanted to pay for the subscription just once, but now I can’t because I can’t find the option to cancel my subscription, which SHOULD be easily found. Do not get this app if you’re trying to try-out its premium features.
