This doesn’t work at all!!!! I can’t even access my photo gallery! The app just keeps buffering.

Really a scam apps - not functioning well with never ending loading to upload photos. Such a schame!

Rating: 1/5 (If zero were possible, it would be zero) I am writing this to warn potential users: Fotorama is a scam. Do not buy this app. I purchased a yearly subscription for RM199.90 (that’s an 50% off offer from them) 😱😱😱, attracted by the promise of generating professional-looking AI photos without visiting a photography studio. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Poor Quality of AI Photos: The AI-generated photos were completely unrecognizable. The images not only failed to resemble me but also inexplicably dressed me in a suit covered with logos due to a minor detail in the original image I provided. This resulted in a ridiculous and obviously fake outcome, far from the polished look they advertise. Misleading Policies on Credits: After deleting my photos and account to start fresh, I was shocked to find that I needed to buy additional credits to retrain the AI. Despite having 850 credits left, I was not allowed to use them without purchasing more. This restrictive policy feels deceptive and exploitative. Prevention of User Feedback: To add insult to injury, the app prevents users from rating it within the platform, clearly to avoid negative feedback that exposes their shortcomings. This is a blatant red flag that shows they are aware of their poor service and do not want it publicized. Customer Support: Reaching out for support only led to vague responses suggesting I "retrain the AI," which, of course, means paying more money. Nowhere in their documentation did it state that starting over would come at an additional cost. It feels intentionally misleading. False Advertising: The ads on social media portray results that are far from reality. The generated photos are nowhere close to what they promise, making their advertising deceitful and misleading. I strongly advise against downloading or purchasing anything from Fotorama. It is an overpriced, substandard service with questionable practices. I hope app platforms like Apple take stricter measures to prevent such scams.

This app is totally a waste of time and money I buy 200rm subscription for one month and the worst thing there is no search bar u can change the model one time only and results r worst, u can't see how much time is left for subscription all the model and looks for Europeans, why this app is in asian countries if u don't have that models? Useless. Useless Anything u want to ask for help they ask u to write an email and email will never ever send bcuz always have technical problem 😒 Zero feel like a kid is the developer of this app.

Try making money out of nowhere. Do refund the same immediately At least give opportunity to use as sample before charging so expensive.. So angry
