Got charged €190 for leasing a car for 7hours!! Absolutely ridiculous scam of an app. It DOES NOT clearly inform you that you cannot leave the car in another city even though there are Share now cars available in the same city. Would not recommend to anyone and especially not after my experience with customer care!

Drivers license AI validation failed. Could not detect category. Tried 3 times with 3 sets of photos. Customer service available only by email.

Know that they will charge your card 90 DKK without asking when you add your card. The money will be part of your first rental. But if you don’t rent a car within 1 or 2 months the money expires and goes to the company, meaning that you have paid 90dkk and not got anything in return.

Horrible customer service and a lot of the cars is not charged. They literally stole money from me. I bought a 24h pass, could only use the car for 7h. After that the battery ran out. So I hade to call them to ask for another one. So I went to change but it didn’t work. So I started a second car assuming they would get the problem and refund me for the first packaged I got because it didn’t work. Calling them the day after they didn’t want to give me my money back for the time I couldn’t use the first car, so they literally stole money from me. And they where super rude al through it as well. Easy and simple to use, much cheaper than getting a taxi in Sweden. Would highly recommend it.
