Since the recent update the app takes several minutes to open. Then when it opens it does not load data for another several minutes. Prior to the update, the app worked as expected.

Credit Union wants to be a big bank and is ripping their customers off in order to get ahead. If you can’t afford to keep $1000 in your account they charge you $7 now. I’ve been with them 24 years and am now looking to another bank.

Will not open on I device

I have my phone and app updated consistently yet the app is always down. There’s nowhere to report a bug or problem either. What’s the point of even having a bank account if I can’t access my money? Especially if there’s no 24hr support. Do better.

For some reason your app only works w IOS 16 and newer. I would have to buy a new phone to use it. No other bank that I use has this problem.

This institution is fraudulent and willfully violated the customers rights . The staff is condescending and claims you to be wrong for seeking information about your account the app is dysfunctional and unstable . Tech support is none existent . When seeking help you are given the run around on TxT with promise to call never to be called . Bank with another institution save yourself the headache.

Fix it.

Awesome banking app never have issue’s. Love it.

The app shows my 2 accounts, Primary Share and Freedom Stash, however, when you go to make a mobile deposit it shows 3. The 2 mentioned above and a High Yield Share account that doesn’t show up on my app or printed statement. It looks like we’ve accidentally deposited money in this account and don’t know where it’s gone.
