Won’t allow me to register or book a class!

I miss out on a lot of classes because I hardly seem able to book deep Aqua because it always seems off-line, or the class is full . Do you not understand how this happens because I set my alarm on my phone so I can book asap ,when I do get to book eight or more places have been filled somehow already, but as a member we cannot book before the time ???Seems very unfair. The web site will say , not allowed you are not allowed to book or change this course try again. So frustrating ,what is the point of being a member ,if you cannot book in advance to enjoy your classes .

After upgrade on the system I am unable to view and amend my classes that are booked. The phone is often unanswered. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. The tech always lets them and customers down.

Unable to log in on various attempt and having to call to reset password as link doesn’t work!

According to the website… ‘’Login once via the app It is quick and easy to find your centre and login to view your centre's homescreen. The App will remember you so no need to login every time.’’ This is so not true! Awful App, clunky, un-user friendly and leaves me feeling totally frustrated… so disappointing!

Ever since freedom leisure decided to update the app it has not worked on my iPhone. I have complained multiple times and it still doesn’t work. Terrible service!

Constantly need to login which is really annoying. This is not a user friendly app at all. Useful to be able to book classes but it would be better if when booking a class you could see who the instructor was. Once booked it would be useful to be able to see the name of the class rather than a generic “activity”. You can’t cancel a class either. Please improve the app. These additions will make such a difference and are not that hard to make. At the moment I have to switch between the website which does give you the info on the class and then back to the booking.

No access to create an account 😡

This place has great staff, great classes and lovely pool but enjoyment of my membership sadly lost due to online booking being unavailable for me and I have heard others with similar issues. Everything was perfect until an upgrade impacted. No matter what I try and following suggestions from your staff, I still have a blank page once I select a class. This is both via your website or when downloaded the App. I put my email and password in but it doesn’t recognise or give options. Greatly disappointing as I have to physically attend to book.

A simple operation to login to the account is almost impossible
