No puedo ver nada. La app no me funciona. Se queda “pensando” todo el rato y no hay manera de que me funcione. He reiniciado el tlf, he borrado y vuelto a descargar… y no me funciona😭

Thus far i am very happy with the quality of the recipes. A few simple functions are however lacking: what recipe I select for each day would be nice to visualise. At the moment I need to venture into the grocery list to remember what I had planned, which prevents me from erasing it once the shopping is done! The grocery would benefit from splitting options. Also, I would be really nice to be able to track my macros, Currently impossible on the app nor on Apple health. Finally, sometimes I do not want an ingredient (like honey or oil) and really should be able to remove it, the currently limited swap option does not affect the macro, this should be implemented. Overall I am happy with the recipes which are the only nice feature, and feel disappointed that the rest is not accounted for, I could have stayed with the free version had I known that!
I’m a happy customer for 2 years already; it had had a nice visible effect on my body. Only complaint I have is that the Apple Watch app doesn’t let you end workouts; when you’re done with a set of workouts I can’t click “finish workout “ on the watch ; it does nothing… it only ends if I press in the phone. Also would be nice if I didn’t have to keep my phone’s screen on while I have the watch to control the pace of the exercises; I can only have the watch app active if the phone is unlocked and with the app open.
Quite a lot of the same recipes over and over again.. Also not really adjustable to lactose intolerance etc, just plain meat eating vegetarian or pescatarian
I try the app and no, most meals where not my thing. I did not prepare even one meal. The app is great and looks good. But suggestion are very regional to some countries where you can find most ingredients. Flavors where not the ones I like really. It was a complete fail for me. But I’m sure for lot of people specially living in the USA will be more pleasant to sure and cook.
Love it. It is structured. Helps eating clean. Not have to feel hungry, it is enough in healthy quantities. The recipes helps in overall feeling energetic. And therefore being able to workout with better energy. Which then results in more energy. Improve: being able to select foodproducts and get a recipe based on what you still have at home so you don’t have to waste food. If this last addition is through I would’ve given 5 stars. Keep up the good work👍💪
Nice recepies, but after a few weeks much of the same
I like to be more flexible with recipes. Especially I want to be able to cook the double amount and eat the second portion the following day - to my knowledge that does not work
It’s a good app, with some nice recipes. However, it’s not super useful when you’re a vegan. There are vegan options, but the tailored meal plan is useless when you’re a vegan, since many recipes are dairy and egg based. Replacing dairy just by soy products is not going to work, because that’s not very healthy either. It’s too easy to replace animal protein by soy, so please make a vegan section that takes this into account.
Was thinking of getting the nutrition coach but while flicking through found out there are no vegan options? That's a bit disappointing freeletics
