Excellent driver .. friendly and good

I open the app and it is just frozen I can’t tap anything

I made a booking from Ibis Barcelona Aeropuerto VILADECANS at 6:10 this morning. I started looking for a driver since 06:05 AM but I couldn’t find the driver. So I checked from the application again and found that he was on another side of street and then walk to the driver position. Since he was around 10 min walk to the hotel, so I made a call to the driver to tell him I’m on my way at 06:17 AM, but he didn’t answer. At that time the application notified me that THE DRIVER CANCELED the trip and I need to be charged for 5 €. This is unacceptable and not fare for passengers . The driver abandoned me and I need to find another taxi that made me delayed and almost missed the flight. Why I have to pay the fee that caused by the driver? The cheating driver supposed to paid for me, isn’t it?

We downloaded the app while we were stuck somewhere in Milan where public transport was not available. It said 20-25€ before we booked a car but we paid 40€ while we reached. worst app

Driver forced us to pay more, wrote the customer support but they never replied other than the initial automatic reply. Not a great user experience

I'm from Thailand and travel to berlin for my business trip for 5 days. It was really difficult to find a taxi there and its not fun to stand in the cold weather until I found this app (my local friend recommendation). My life was changed. Its apsolutly great experience. Its easy to use and it fast and no extra charge for it. Its the best app I ever used and I love it. Thank you so much to create such a great thing to use. I give 5 stars for you. Cheers!

Beim ersten Versuch konnte der Fahrer uns leider nicht finden- daher Fahrt Storniert und an der Straße einfach Taxi angehalten. Zweiter Versuch 3 Tage später am Vortag Fahrt einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, erster zugesagter Fahrer hat kurzfristig storniert zweiter Fahrer war 10 nach zugesagtem Abholzeitpunkt nicht da und hat auch nicht auf anfrage reagiert. Also wieder Taxi am Straßenrand gerufen. Ergebnis für mich App gelöscht.

Grundsätzlich sollte die Bedienung der App ja logisch sein, Fahrtziel eingeben, Fahrt wird gesucht und bestätigt vom Fahrer. Wenn der Fahrer aber an einem vorbei fährt und noch schreibt „bin gleich da“ dann ist es einfach sinnfrei, die Fahrdienste anzubieten. Beschwerde über die App wird nicht leicht gemacht und man kommt über ein paar Umwege an sein Ziel

Immer noch besser als Uber und Bolt, weniger Stornierungen und faire Preise

Wir hatten einen Wagen bestellt und als Preis 12,50 € bis 15,00 € genannt bekommen. Dieses Angebot wurde von uns akzeptiert. Der Preis, der mir letztendlich abgebucht wurde, belief sich auf 22,50 € was uns sehr verwunderte. Insofern werden wir dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen.
