No RAW support

Mijnkaartiszeldzaam13463267 on

Niederlande

I really want to get my RAW photos onto my phone for quick editing on the go. This is impossible using this app or the other version. I need to put my XT3 in raw+N in order to get jpg’s on my phone. It just won’t transfer RAW! In the update notes it said that it now supports RAW transfer, but it really doesn’t. We are living in 2024, seriously!?!?

IOS 18 Beta support for pairing X cameras

Rvanrijn on

Niederlande

As of IOS 18 Beta 1 you cannot pair the supported x cameras anymore. Today the second beta came out, also not able to pair the x100v or x-t5. Please fix to add support for ios 18 bluetooth pairing and recognizing the correct camera.

Useless so far

Branko1! on

Ive downloaded the app yesterday and already spend hours and hours trying to export photos from my x t3 to my iphone. Nothing I do works. Absolute terrible! Hope this can be fixed. I’m probably not the only one.

Restore settings doesn't work

PaultD on

Niederlande

I can make a backup of the camera settings (X-E4) but when I want to restore the settings I get an error message. Very frustrating...

Overzetten en locatievoorziening

Using Apple for many years now on

Fototransfer van camera naar iPhone en locatiestransfer van iPhone naar camera nemen beide hun tijd, maar daar staat tegenover dat het altijd werkt. Prima app!

No landscape mode.

Tyr Goty on

Niederlande

Would be wonderful to use your phone as an external monitor. The app has nice, low latency live view. Unfortunately… not really useful since there is no landscape mode?

Privacy concerns

Why do these camera companies always built these apps that need acces to literally anything? What the heck do you need to read my entire picture library for?

Freeze + Cash folder reflects poor app quality

dvmierlo on

Niederlande

After the latest update, this app freezes a lot. I have to force close and reopen to make it work again. @Fujifilm: Please, hire better software developer who know how to build good and reliable apps. OMG, This is such a poor developer bug that I had to laugh out loud about it. On your iPhone, go to Setting > General > iPhone Storage > On My iPhone > XApp. There you see a folder named "Cash". This folder has nothing to do with payments. It stores temporary files for caching. The correct name of the folder must be "Cache". A typo like this says a lot about the developer who wrote this app. It reflects poor developer skills and poor app quality. Apperently, there is no peer review and no thorough testing in the development process. Not even the developer itself has noticed this very poor typo.

Import order

andlgr on

Niederlande

Fuji is forcing us to use this app, but it is still unpolished. The old app imported the photos from OLD to NEW, so they appeared correctly in the iPhone Photos app (Recents, the last image was the last image you took, yay, correct). With this new crappy XApp, it imports in the reverse order (from NEW to OLD), so in the iPhone’s Photo recents, the LAST photo you see is the FIRST you took with the fuji camera. SO ANNOYING. Please fix this, Fuji. On top of that, face tracking and other tracking modes do not work in remote live view. The remote trigger won’t focus… it’s terrible! Learn from Canon and Sony on how to make apps to control the camera.

Terrible

Brightlight on

Niederlande

I have a new X-H2 camera. A new iPad. No connection possible. Busy for hours to connect the camera. No connection possible. What a shame! Don’t by a Fuji camera! I want my money back! Fuji shame on you!
