I think the IOS Fuse app is brilliantly designed. A joy to use and so cleverly thought out - feel free to pass that back to the head of development cheers!

Simply the best ! Ryan , Engineer, arrived on time and very competent and welcoming. New meter instal - all went well, no mess or fuss. Already paying way less per month than last supplier who blamed me for them not being able to view their smart meter, they installed x2 in 2 years 🤔 Fuse are excellent all round !!

The app is fairly basic but works. Reached out to customer support via the app chat who were brilliant and responsive.

It couldn’t be easier to switch suppliers with this app; and when I had a question someone (a human being) actually answered within less than a minute (!) on a Friday evening. Simply fabulous.

Absolutely glitchy, can’t even get message notifications from the customer service so I forget to reply to them despite the fact that all my fuse app notifications are on! Can’t even send photos and videos in the app either. Otherwise great customer service, energy supplier.

Had a few questions relating to account and used the chat option on the app, super quick connection to an agent and got me all the info I needed straight away. Refreshing change lol normally chat options on apps are long winded and slow. Top marks fuse 👍

The main issue with the App is the colours used, they make reading the information difficult.

Left OVO two months ago and haven’t looks back

Switched from a legacy supplier and after many months of poor services with that organisation, I have been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of opening the accounts, transferring and the team on the chat services are exceptionally helpful and human.

We switched from EDF a few months back. Within a few days we had a smart meter fitted and an energy tariff at half our previous price. The customer service is fantastic. In seconds their team respond and dedicate someone to solving your issue. The app is also miles better than the others with way more info and insight.
