Gabb Messenger

This app was working fine and helped catch some issues with our child. Recently it updated and I haven’t even had access to any information despite still getting the notifications. I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now I can’t even get the text messages with a code to try to sign into the app again. It’s really frustrating.

So many things to unpack here. Two years ago we got the gabb watches for our daughters. The gps was fantastic and we could easily track and connect. In August we decided to upgrade to the gabb 4 pro phones. The gps regularly does not work. My child will be sitting next to me in the dining room and I will get a notice that she left. Other times we will be 15 miles from home before I get a notice that they’ve no left home. They have the same phone & plan but one can receive video messages in messenger and one cannot. Spent quite a bit of time trying to find an answer in settings. There is not one. I did find much of the versions are different between the two. They are both however clunky and difficult to manage. I deeply regret these phones. I should have gotten iPhones through my regular plan. It would have been cheaper and easier to manage. Also the app flags everything. Regular conversations and drawings. It’s aggravating. Only one time has it flagged something actually inappropriate.

The first time I opened it I gave them my phone number and the message came through and I had an account then it deleted my account had to go back in and give it my number and the next message never came through. I tried over and over and over and over again, I can’t contact my friend really upset.

This app doesn’t actually exist. It’s just blank. My kids phone is receiving bad things and it’s not notifying us. All their sites are crashed. I feel like I got scammed. This is a joke.

I love it now I can ft my BFFL. Well only if she will respond 😁😁😁 luv you aust

don’t even get it, legit doesn’t even do anything at all. all there is to do is call. that’s it. legit make it better you bad app.

It’s such a awesome app I think it’s so cool

My daughter’s phone worked great at first. Now the messenger app says her phone is no longer activated and we can’t figure out how to fix it. Also calls are not clear and very spacey. Really thinking about just getting a regular phone and putting family link on it. She’s had this phone for less than a year!

When I called my friend it blocked her because it thought her nose was her being nude🤷‍♀️ Please fix this!
