This app is a lifesaver! Literally. It gives me peace of mind while allowing me to manage my kids messaging app. Easy control and monitoring. I highly recommend.

Love seeing flagged messages and being about to have conversations with my kids when they’re in need of help. Managing contacts is now a breeze. Thank you!!!

This app is buggy. The overall Gabb experience has been clunky. I like that the phone itself has no social media and looks like a "real" phone. However, this app is constantly notifying me that there are messages for me to review, but when I go to the app, there may be nothing, there may be 10 new messages. There is a lag time between the message on your child's phone and the message appearing on the app. Phone calls are not logged on this app. I think I have to log in to the Gabb website to see that. There is also a separate Gabb app to track my child's phone location. The fact that I am logging into 3 different things to get full use of the Gabb phone is awkward and annoying.

For the sake of your sanity! DO NOT purchase your child a #GABB phone! Nothing is more frightening than thinking you have a line of communication with your child & it fail. I was repeatedly informed when connecting the service that this phone works off of existing cell towers. It did not for us. The phone would only work at home while connected to WiFi. I didn’t realize this until I couldn’t reach him while he was playing golf with his friends. My heart sunk. Customer service is horrible & they take several “holidays” off & limited hours mon-sat, leaving you with basically zero assistance. I immediately went & got my son an iPhone SE with parental guidance. Easy to use & 24/7 customer assistance. I have full control & nothing can be deleted or downloaded without my approval. I’m sharing this to save other parents the headache. It took me 4 months to finally get a human on the phone to cancel. Natalie “the supervisor” made some very poor decisions. I gave her multiple opportunities to reconcile the matter, but she chose the “policy” route. So with that said, so did I. These companies hide behind the vail of “America based companies that care about the safety of our children.” Don’t fall for it. It’s always about the money. Which is fine, but if you’re gonna do so, you may wanna properly staff said company with forward-thinking individuals, before taking advantage of your customers. Natalie, I hope @StephenDalby / #stephendalby really appreciates you dying on that hill for $22. You should be ashamed. She accused me of not reaching out. How can you reach out when you can’t get anyone on the phone? This recount is 100% true & can be backed up with my outgoing phone records, should gabb take issue with me sharing my personal experience with their poorly constructed company.

Stop Access to cell phone should be banned for children. Apple has enough technology to do what Gabb does, but they refused to do it because of consumers and making money. Kids should not have access to Internet. It is worse than nicotine and alcohol. buying iPhones for your teenagers. Access to Internet, and all things on iPhone should be banned from children.

Love this app. It helps me keep my kids safe. Monitors texts that I might miss. And sends me notifications when they are received.

This app has only worked randomly on my phone. When it does work, it’s been great to alert me of sus texts being sent to and from my kids. But when it doesn’t work, it’s obviously no help.

Just installed it, the app crashes and won’t open. Reinstalled and same situation.

I have a gabb phone I got for my bday. I am grateful but, I just want to send a voice text or make groupchats or even send photos. I have to buy the MSM plan or have permission. I also try to connect with my wireless earbuds, but it still kicks me out of the radio! And one more thing, I know if I should buy these apps or not, like Duolingo or roblox. It's kind of annoying but you can get apps on the teen phone which I find unfair because my friend has one and they can get apps. I don't hate the gabb phone.... But I don't love it. It's ok.

App won’t even open on my phone. My experience with Gabb has been awful. From one technical issue to the next. The Gabb Id app is t working on my child’s phone.
