you play all day to take part in PVP event to find out the next morning the pvp master points are zeroed. customer support is non respomsive

I immediately got hooked and every day I look forward to the play. However, now it has become totally unbearable. Too many adverts and now you have to watch even more adverts for energy. Apart from the fact certain players have privileges it seems ... I get “trapped” every single time when others seem to always get excluded!! So much for random playing. GOODBYE!

I purchased 100 crystals. Funds debited my credit card but I did not get the crystals or the vip points. Try to contact support and get a 404 page not found error

Excellent game

I really enjoyed this game and even spend some money on it. However I have lost progress on this game three times. Each time caused by deleting the app and redownloading at a later date. Does not matter if your signed in or not. After this third time, I am done. If you plan on getting and stop playing and decide to redownload it some time later, be prepared to lose all progress and start from the beginning. There is no support to contact and no way to get back what you lost.

They only lie about fixing what’s broken and tell you how sorry they are. This is FRAUD and it’s only for optics.

Should not have levels 10 playing level 150. Game is a joke

You expend more time watching adds than playing.
