Old favourite many hours of my life wasted having fun

I accidentally purchased an $100 pack today, I was in the chest tab and clicked of the offers on accident, when it started loading I tried to close the game but is scanned my fingerprint and purchased the offer. The worst part it I was on a friends Apple ID account and I it went through. I panicked and signed out of the account but no I realised that I probably should have no done that.. I was just wondering how I can get a refund, I am probably able to get back into the Apple ID account to receive the refund if needed.

There is a game crash. Please fix it

I used to play this game a lot however sadly there are now too many bugs. The issues: 1. No one can join my alliance. 2. Everyday my points zero back to nil. 3. Unable to make purchases or take rewards from big games. It’s a shame have played this for 8 years but will look to see what else is out there

Devs are obviously chasing money, can’t even upgrade your starting ships weapon without RNG and grinding, or break out your CREDIT CARD, that’s what we want to see. 2/5 for a promising idea that fell off a cliff very early on.

I have been in contact with (Feedback for Alien Shooter) as my save button for the game hasn’t been working, It has finally been fixed but i have lost a lot of progress and wasted money. Feedback for Alien Shooter Haven’t been very helpful fixing this and not answering my question. now i don’t want this game anymore which is sad because it is a cool game but the communication with the IT people is very poor and unhelpful. I recommend not to purchase anything on this game

The pvp is geared against you from the start. Constantly paired against players 2-10x your abilities so you will be ‘cannon fodder’ for those players who pump money into the app. Unless you pay big $$$ for upgrades, prepare yourself for consistent loosing and frustration.

Lost items I paid for. Often watch an add for a reward, then don’t receive it.

Check those ads you use as most of the time they crash out.

This would be one of the best games ever if the developers were experienced enough or cared enough to be able to get rid of the glitches which occur frequently. I have played the game for some years but whatever you do DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY! and check out player comments off this page in other player review sites. People lose the items they have paid for and lose game progress amongst many other glitches . The ads are the most frustrating of any game I’ve played as they often freeze or you have to repeat them without getting credit and they are the most lengthy of any other game I’ve played. I refuse to buy/ get anything advertised on this site because of this frustration. So I love the game, it’s addictive and very clever - and continue to play it but it’s too dodgy to spend my money on.
