Works so well and the GPS tracking is so much more exact compared to other options. Been using for 3 months and very happy so far.

A few times a day messages show as sent, then when I go back to the app there will be an error and an option to resend. Don’t say sent, or change it to delivered, when the watch actually gets the message. Useless as a reliable way to contact your kids. Second issue is that location does not update with any regularity. Saw my daughter on the move to gymnastics, but then it showed her at the side of the street on the route there for 1.5 hours, then updated me when I was already looking at her face when she arrived home. Refresh did nothing, force closing app did nothing. Starting a live track session failed. This is in a City with perfect 4 and 5 g reception.

App is delayed (notifications come through but messages don’t load in Connect tab until you refresh). Pay for cellular plan but there is significant latency or no connection at all even though we are in a large city. Have had Bounce replaced by Garmin and issues still not resolved. Great concept but execution in Canada is terrible.

Il faudrait avoir un option de mode nuit avec limitation des jeux et des messages. Il faudrait un mode limité ou on pourrait programmer des heures ou horaires où l’on peut limiter les accès au message et jeux comme dans le mode école, car cela devient complexe de devoir sélectionner et synchroniser à chaque fois, chaque jour pour avoir l’option limitée la nuit et le jour à l’école

The watch does not receive the majority of my messages even with 3 lte bars or when on wifi. The app receives info sent from watch and messages instantly. We can be in the same room both on wifi with 30 mins gone by and no message received in watch. The live track has only worked 1 time out of 20 tries,the refresh never works. Keep getting told it must be lte connection. We both hav 3 bars!! Garmin and the bounce product are terrible!!

Garmin has been great for our family, kids aged 10 and 12. Chore list very motivating for kids, the messaging has deepened our communication and come in handy many times.

The app and the watch leave a lot to be desired. The audio messages cannot be heard in anything but a quiet room, or easily replayed. The texts are clunky, and the location works, but I find it easy to forget to refresh it. The watch has a terrible battery life.

Nice app. I like that the kids can text me, I can see their location, motivate them to do chores and exercise. I wish that the kids could text their grandparents and friends without a Bounce watch.

I love that the watch tracks my steps!

My daughter loves her watch and the app is fantastic but it takes a lot of time to load and set it up but still it’s really good for your child
